The shop was opened in 1996 by Mark Fehrle shortly after he had bagged and body dropped his own Mazda truck and everyone wanted their trucks done as well. Slaughter House is now one of the longest running custom shops in Texas. What started in a small two car garage, later expanded to a much larger fully equipped custom shop. Over the years Mark has built countless award winning rides. Many of Marks creations can be found in numerous well known publications like Truckin, Steet Trucks, and MiniTruckin magazine.
